What the Integration Enables

When a guest calls, texts, or emails your venue's BluSynq AI agent to book an experience — a season pass, a cabana, a party package, an event ticket — the agent guides them through the request and hands the payment off to CORE Cashless. The result is a complete, end-to-end transaction that happens entirely inside the conversation.

Specifically, the integration covers:

  • AI-driven storefront booking. BluSynq's agent captures the booking details — dates, party size, add-ons — and confirms availability in real time.
  • CORE Cashless payment processing. Payment links and secure checkout are handled by CORE Cashless, the same system already powering on-site cashless across your venue.
  • Unified guest experience. Online and on-site spending live under the same guest profile, so loyalty, balances, and reporting stay consistent.
  • No staff required. Bookings can be completed 24/7, even when your call center and ticket booth are closed.

Beyond Bookings: Always-On Guest Service

BluSynq isn't just a payment funnel — it's a frontline service layer for everything guests want to ask before, during, and after their visit.

A knowledge base for your venue. The agent is trained on your venue's information — hours of operation, attractions and ride heights, ticket types and pricing, parking, accessibility, food and beverage, group policies, weather closures, refund rules. Whatever guests typically call to ask, BluSynq can answer in real time, in the channel they prefer, without putting anyone on hold.

Smart escalation with transfer reasons. Some calls need a human. You define your own transfer reasons — group sales, lost-and-found, accessibility services, billing disputes, season pass support — and route each one to the right person or team. BluSynq recognizes the intent in conversation and hands the guest off cleanly, with the full context of what's already been discussed.

Per-contact availability windows. Each escalation contact has its own hours of availability. Sales might take calls 9-to-5, the duty manager covers evenings and weekends, security is reachable around the clock. BluSynq routes based on who's actually on shift — guests don't end up in a voicemail loop because the wrong person was queued up.

Full transcripts. Every conversation is captured as a full transcript you can review, audit for quality, share with another team, or pull into a guest's profile. There's no "he said / she said" — the record is complete.
